Position Summary

North Creek Nurseries, Inc., located in Landenberg, PA, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for its Oxford location. Candidates should be highly organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are a must. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

	• Supervise employees in all phases of shipping process
	• Responsible for controlling quality of plant material in preparation for shipping
	• Responsible for organizing, processing, and routing all paperwork needed to pick, pack and invoice orders
	• Works with the Customer Service and Sales Department to correct errors, identify shortages, and potential problems
	• Maintains proper inventory levels of materials and supplies used in day to day operations
	• Makes and implements recommendations regarding improved operational systems and procedures with the Farm Manager's approval
	• Performs additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills Required

	• Must have good computer skills
	• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
	• Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not necessary
